Due to the characteristics of handmade products, some variations are natural. 

Shipping Info:
All items are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping days are Mondays & Thursdays. When shipping days fall on a holiday your item will be shipped the following business day. 

Shipping Issues: 
Great care is taken in packaging every piece of work for shipping. However, we have no control over wheat happens once the box leaves our studio. If you item arrives broken, please contact us IMMEDIATELY, making sure to hold on to all packaging material.

Replacing items damaged during shipping without cost is only available if we receive a message from you within 1 week of the package arriving, per the tracking number and delivery date. Make sure to keep all packing material. Please send pictures of breakage as well as packaging, this is needed for USPS.

Outside of the above-outlined policies, we are unable to offer any refunds or returns. Every piece is handmade by me, the same person who responds to your messages. As a small business it is not possible to have the same refund policies of Amazon, and the like. Thank you for supporting small businesses!
