Each piece in the Barn Quilt Collection is wheel-thrown in stoneware clay and hand-painted with traditional barn quilt patterns using underglaze — a technique that fuses the design permanently into the clay during firing. No transfers, no decals, no shortcuts. Every geometric pattern is painted by hand in our farm studio in Ethelsville, Alabama, making each piece a functional work of folk art.
