Shipping policy
Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for processing before your order ships. During Peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 10 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates & Carriers:We ship via USPS, or UPS depending on package size and destination. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Domestic (US): 5-8 business days after processing
- International: 10-21 business days after processing (varies by destination and customs)
International Shipping: We ship worldwide with the exception of the European Union and Northern Ireland. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country upon delivery. These Charges are not included in our shipping rates and are outside our control.
Fragile Items & Packaging: All pottery is carefully packed with protective materials to minimize the risk of damage in transit. If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item immediately and contact us within 48 hrs at endoftheroadfarm@yahoo.com.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, End of the Road Farm & Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Local Pickup: Local pickup is available with appointment.
