Handmade Alabama State Mug | Color Block Stoneware | Made in Ethelsville, AL

A color block take on Alabama pride — this wheel-thrown stoneware mug wears the shape of the state right on its exterior. We use a cutout of the state as a mask, covering that area during glazing so the raw clay stays exposed in the exact silhouette of Alabama while white glaze covers the rest. No stamps, no decals, no printed graphics. Just two textures and two tones doing all the work.

It's a piece that fits right into a cottagecore kitchen or farmhouse shelf — earthy, handmade, a little imperfect, entirely useful. Each mug holds 14–16 oz and is hand-finished in our farm studio in Ethelsville, Alabama, right in the heart of the state on the mug.
